how sad elizabeth – it is a sticky situation – i have known folk to hold out and go legal and one couple actually won but it messy

if anyone finds themselves in this situation then i have a number of rescue contract templates that i am more than happy to tweak to personal circumstances and share – i got my fingers burnt many years ago and now always produce a contract either for myself or if i am acting mediator for anyone else – happy to mediate on behalf of the 2 parties too
