It’s no rumour that two posters who we know have been turned over by this breeder having paid FULL price for a pedigree dog that was never registered with the KC neither were the parents tested, all this was promised and has still not arrived even after a lot of trying.
So just be warned your friend may get a pup but do not hold your breath waiting for the papers

However i am also aware of how rumours & speculation circulate & i learnt a long time ago see all, hear all & say nowt till you’ve seen it yourself with your own eyes.
