I have had a look through the error logs and can not find anyting wrong at this end.

Is she getting the banner down to the links with “Calendar | Edit”.  If so, the problem may be with google taking an eternity to create their search box (the box to the left of the Your Dog banner).  I found this on the recent trip away, the page would load as far as a google serch box and then stop for a while.

If she is getting to a different point, then the problem may be somewhere else.
