i use a treadmill for the boys, just to top up on their walk not that we use it much manny loves i haha, i dont think anything should replace their walks BUT and i dont care if people think im awful, in the really bad weather and specially with the dark nights etc my boys dont always get as much running as id like what with the little one – so i find it useful but only as an extra not as a replacement for their walks!
