yes, we’re having a stretch of unusually warm weather at the moment, snow isn’t far off. Since Sadie loves the snow I’m not dreading it as much as I usually do.

Terry, what’s a ‘tip’ ?
We do live in a very built up area, in fact those woods surround an Industrial park which includes my place of work….meaning big trucks.

Those woods are called the Hanlon Watershed and they are protected from expansion, at last count there are 30 deer that live in that very small area. Lose quite a few of them over the winter, Sadie always finds a carcass or two  ::)    I’ve also heard Coyotes about but have never seen one since I don’t go walking there at night, just too dark. Other than that, the usual squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons, porcupines, and various birds…plenty to keep the girl interested.  The boardwalks you see in the pictures have all been built by volunteers with materials donated by local businesses.

a tip is sort of place piles of rubbish that isn’t so beautiful to look at is dumped. But you just have gorgeous countryside and more gorgeous countryside don’t you?  😉
