Yeah, get the gel or cream.

We have the gel and the bath soak- as it sinks into the skin quicker!  🙂

    :tease:

Drink it. ;D  Dissolve the honey in a little hot water, then fill the cup with hot water and add a capful of cider vinegar.  It’s my first drink in the morning and I find it far more refreshing than my normal coffee.  If I remember,  I’ll have another cup during the day.

My Bioflow helps my hands and this helps my feet!!

Contains diclofenac which is a NSAID, works but can still upset your stomach as it’s absorbed through the skin and into the blood stream

I find that orange juice (and grapefruit) sets the arthritis off much worse.   :-[

See if you can get hold of Curing Arthritis the Drug Free Way by Margaret Hills.  She’s a nurse what was bedridden for 3 years with osteo and rhumatoid arthritis.  After painful doctor treatments she sorted herself out, using her medical knowledge, using natural things, including cider vinegar.

I’ve got a very small paperback book but I see on Ebay that she’s got more up to date ones, but as you might guess, mine came from a car boot sale!! ::)
