Like many alternative remedies it may have more or less efficacy depending on the individual. Sometimes the reason a remedy does not work is because it is not the correct one, sometimes people expect the remedies on their own to work in isolation, in most cases some behavioural modification is required.
Findhorn press have some good books on Bach Flower remedies for animals.
