    think his point is that the dog loses out in the final outcome not the owner.

    is this that same proposal as the to one being drawn up by Alex Nealson. if so, then did you know that the guy is scared of dogs. we had him come to our dog school to talk to us about it. and he openly admits he is scared of dogs, and said he was going to try and be as objective as possible.
    this is the bill that we discussed.

    i live in newmarkrt and we are allowed to walk our dogs on the heath witch is private ground the only rule is no dogs on the heath before one unless on a lead ths has been put in place to stop owners letting dogd loose when the heath is full of race hores to keep both dogs and hores safe as you go on the heath the sign says no dogs before one please unless on a lead yet some pepole let dogs loose i
