Thought a thread of where were all off to show the dogs in the future might be a good idea?

What shows do you all have coming up?

Our next one is bath champ show – very much looking forward to it, dex is really starting to mature now – finally, he a lot slower to mature than many in the ring!! Though his behaviours always been good bless him hes just taken FOREVER to grow his coat!!

Have to say one thing i not so keen on is how FAT some of the yankees are……..im constatly being told to bulk dex up as he would look ‘better’ possibly so but i just cant be doing with a dog who would then be overweight just to look better?? Is mianly cos he built on the slim side compared to some anyway – but i dont want him fat just to conform to the breed standard better? Saw a pup a while back and it was in my eyes grossly overweight – annoying in a time when were meant to be breedig fit for function – i doubt that dog could of done more than run round the park……
