Hi I’m new to this forum so here goes 🙂
Some bitches,and its only a few, when neutered before a first season have whats known as an infantile/juvenile vulva, as it has not been allowed to develope with the normal hormonal cycle. It can cause irritation and soreness therefore a lot of licking, its worth having a chat to your vet about it.Only in very very severe cases is surgery needed,
On the otherhand she mayhave a urinary infection,or it just ight be a habit.
