I couldnt understand why Honey had dropped weight  ::) or was SO hungry – my mum said errr could it be she not having the pasta, guessing she might be right, it would of filled her tum right?

Can I give her more meat, she dont really want extra vegetables  😛 If so whats best to give without screwing up her diet, ses eating SO much right now I hate to weight how much lamb mince she got through the other morning  ::) This has only been since dropping the pasta….

    Is she alright with fat?
What I mean is could you give her meat with a higher fat content, that should bring the weight up
OR you could learn how to cook pasta properly ;D >:D

What meat would that be? She be fine I think? Is an easier option than the pasta I burn panfuls of it  :-[

If she can eat it lamb tends to have a higher fat content, the cheaper cuts do anyway
or belly pork is mainly fat :-X

how about some glutn free couscous – you can’t burn that – it a bit pricey but she would need much – that and some extra fatty meat – i would suggest breat of lamb – tesco do a oll of boned breast for about £2.50 – should do her 4 – 5 portions with some couscous added
