work in american cup measurements, its just easier for me most of the time
2 cups of wholemeal flour 1 cup of oats 2 Eggs 1 cup of cooked pureed sprouts 1 cup of cooked chopped bacon Sometimes i add 2tsp crushed garlic
Mix all together (sometimes needs a bit more flour when rolling out, depending on how moist the sprouts are)
Cut into shapes and bake at 150c for 40mins
My original recipe for this uses grated carrots but for halloween i cooked them and put them in the food processor to make some orange pumpkin shapes. Unfortunately the sprouts lost most of their colour through the cooking.
Also i sometimes use 2 cups of oats to 1 cup of flour, this makes them a bit crunchier
