    Valerian is a plant I have it out in the garden drives cats mad they love it like catnip I can grow it down here but you maybe to high up the country for it
    It’s also used for its herbal qualities

    val do you know if it is it readily availale from plant shops or do you have to get it specialy bought in?

    Valériane mixed with oranger and you got farmremedy to make you sleep  😉 .

    Marseille soapflake expensive in UK  :surprise: . Here in purest form is 2,65€ for a kilo. That even less in Anglish pounds

    Diesel my sight is bad enough without having to read in a qoute box.
    I always take cutting off mine it’s not a nice smelling plant but it does help with sleep.
    There does seem to be some garden centres that have it on line

    Thats why I buy my Soapflakes in France can’t remember how much I paid but they are a lot cheaper than here in the UK

    I went out a week ago and bought a valerian plant, i haven’t planted it yet but dodger keeps going crazy for it – tipping it over then ripping away at the roots, he eats some of it then just spits the rest out? he hasn’t had liquid valerian for a while now – little confused why he’s doing it?

    I’m planning on planting it and leaving it till next summer before using the roots for him
