thanks so mudge diesel that brought a tear of happiness to my eye

This has been a very difficult year for me – but because of the journey I am now the happiest person I have ever been and I have had a very lovely birthday.

Thanks to everyone who was a real friend to me this year – I really appreciate all the support and sodden shoulders you have had to bear.

A special fanks to Sue who has been an absolute rock, Nat who laughed through the tears with me, Bev for understanding me so mudge and just being Bev but Witchy Woo Woo who said the right things at the right times and made me feel less alone when I needed to (she probably doesnt realise that)  thats what being a nice lady is about  :-*

do not under any circumstances get the wii fit and wii – it is completely addictive – james and I were up until after 1am this morning playing it – tired puppies are us

it is great – does training plan, weight, bmi – you have a personal trainer – step by step – really great fun dont even realise you are working out – i am addicted to step aerobics – I LOVE IT  ;D but has good stuff for fun like balance exercises – ski jumps, hulahoop (hilarious), loads and loads
