Jake second visit from Bev

Hello just thought I would let you know how me and Jake have been getting on. We have had Bev all to ourselves for two days, it’s been brilliant. We did some free shaping which Jake loves and she has set us away with the whistle and he responds really well to it. We had a trip to the beach ‘which normally would result in me been pulled over’ and it went great Bev did some work to build Jakes confidence with the waves as he has had a fear :scared: of the sea from being a puppy.  She even had him playing in a large pool of sea water. Are aim is to both be swimming in the sea by next summer. We managed to heel close him passed other dogs without any problem which is something I’ve really struggled with.  We still have a long way to go and I have to work on my own anxieties as much as his. Were looking forward to our next visit from Bev but for the minute Jake is absolutely shattered and is having a lazy day.  :happy:

Great to hear it’s going so well – Bev’s so good at wearing the dogs out isn’t she  ;D (and their owners)  :sleepy:

Your right there 😀 both me and Jake have done very little this afternoon and he’s fast asleep now :sleepy:. Ill try and put some photo’s on but im not that good on computers and it took me ages the last time to get them on (it keeps coming up something about the file being to big). I only wish i had known about Bev when jake was a pup.

Me and Jake have just come back from the beach and I’m over the moon ;D he was so good ill admit we didn’t get much training done but it was so nice we had nearly the whole beach to are selves. We did some work with the waves, he is defiantly getting braver. We played in the pools and Jake went hunting sea weed. I wish I had taken my camera.
