Some of mine loved boys and footballs but thats different to ball throwing as they have to think quick and go in different directions with footy as I said mind games
    Val
PS how come it’s just you and me in collie land :agree:

It’s not common for roughs to play fetch, it’s what makes them difficult to do OB with, but have found many of mine love mind games.

Willow will play fetch but only on her terms ::) the ball must not be thrown too far, it must bounce and it MUST be a tennis ball.
She really loves playing with a football especially if it involves teenage lads, the little tart :embarrass:

    Don’t know Val
I miss Rough and Waggy and think we are now outnumbered by gundogs

Hey, i’ll be a member of collie land!!  ;D

It was Jack’s decision that we have a gundog breed… I was angling after a Tricolour male Rough for aaagggees… even found one I wanted but he said no  🙁

Jack wanted a loopy gunner…So now we have Oscar boy, I loves him too so it’s all good  ;D

I’m still set on my rough collie pup at some point though… I even know who I want to buy it from  :embarrass:

Well, I really admire the Wicani collies and would give my left arm for one (doesn’t everyone!) and I also love the collies from a breeder in Romania who I have had email chats with and she’s lovely  🙂

Handle every stressful situation like a dog.
If you can’t eat it or play with it,
Just pee on it and walk away

Yeah ;D I love it  it is good advice

Well, Jack took Oscar and Simba out yesterday and Oscar had had a nice little ‘eau de fox poop’ bath..  bad Oscar :nono:

Jack doggy wet-wiped him but it was no good, poor Bev noticed it straight away when she got here, as did I when he crawled on my knee for some love.

He now smells like shampoo though… his face when getting hosed off was priceless!
