January 23, 2009 at 8:55 pm #85863.dodger.Memberif you can’t take him back to the vet i don’t think there’s much else you can do then, just keep on with his pain killers make him gentle food for him to eat and just make sure he’s drinking plenty of water. Maybe the immune boost is a good idea – that’s all i can suggest for you :-\

January 23, 2009 at 8:59 pm #85865.dodger.Memberi would try feeding him some cooked chicken with a little bit of brown rice  it’s easy on his stomach – i think honey is good too.

i agree to a point, but a vet has already seen the dog and from what i gather it’s not that the dog has gotten any worse i believe it’s just the owner who is extremely worried.January 23, 2009 at 9:11 pm #85872razorMember[quote author=.dodger. link=topic=13527.msg258529#msg258529 date=1232745027]

January 23, 2009 at 9:13 pm #85874SuzAndTheDivaMemberthe dog cant hardly walk and wont eat? that requires a vet check not a phonecall they cannot diagnose a dog over the phone and if hes suffering as you ay then he needs a vet- am done dont want to hear anymore about it.
January 23, 2009 at 9:30 pm #85875razorMembertwo days ago was when he was at the vet and the vet said he is going to be sore im just worried bout him
January 23, 2009 at 10:18 pm #85876AnonymousGuestIs there not a humane society near you, or can you call one for some advice.
If not call the vet again, any decent animal loving vet would not want to see him suffering 🙁 -
