forgive me as she is not a dog but….

32 yo.  had her when she was rising 9. long time. she was a highland yellow dun and a great character.
she got sick new years day and died overnight 3 days later.

she loved being active and showing the other ponies how to jump fences, she even led a thoroughbred over a cross country fence  :yes:

all of my family and friends had a sit/ride with her and she treated them all differently. those that were small or never ridden before, she looked after. those that could, hold onto your hats, you could see the glee in her eyes as she romped off with them.

she meant alot to me and she is another part of my life that is over.

she was Nat, she was very well mannered but could also be ‘naughty’.  before i had her she would often be seen walking to the fields after jumping out of her stable. in her older age she would do the opposite lol. 

she was great with children, dogs, chickens, tractors, cows, traffic etc. i lived in london for a while with her and she was a bit spooky with the red buses.

i remember getting to a piece of land and one of those jump jet things landed at the other side about 100 yards away (colchester garrison),  :help: i closed my eyes and hoped. she didnt bat an eye  :surprise:  she was born and raised in the highlands where they fly low for practice.
