is there any way of finding any information about a specific rspca investigation against someone either during or after investigation? thanks.July 12, 2008 at 7:45 am #76139**Woofums**Member
If legal proceedings are underway they don’t usually comment ’til after.
All you normally get is “it’s being dealt with” of course if the case results in prosecution there will be a court record too.
Though if you can speak to the local inspector he/she may tell you more (if it affects you)July 12, 2008 at 9:56 am #76140
doesn’t directly affect me. :-\ but i have my reasons for being interested. :-X so would it be rspca local to where person lives who would be dealing with it?July 12, 2008 at 10:11 am #76141Kerry_and_BeauMember
i take it you were not responsible for them visiting cos if you were they have to keep you informed, if not do you have any idea who called them? you can always try to call but i think you just get through to a cental call centre not sure you would get in touch with your local person?July 12, 2008 at 10:29 am #76142
nope, nothing to do with me – found out thro someone on another forum and was rather a shock tbh – and wanted to know more – do have reasons.July 12, 2008 at 4:13 pm #76143Kerry_and_BeauMember
i guess all you can do is try to get in touch with your local officer see if they will advise, if it affects you then i would assume they would give some info :-\July 12, 2008 at 7:13 pm #76144SuzAndTheDivaMember
Depends what your trying to find out and if it has anything to do with you.
RSPCA can be at best unhelpful at times ::)
