I’ve been looking for a companion for my rescue Lurcher and went to see some puppies. They are 8 weeks old, half whippet and half border collie. The dam is a black and white whippet KC registered and the sire is a black and white border collie. As you can see in the photo that strangely the pup has quite a lot of sandie colouring. Has anyone got a similar cross or know of one, if so generally speaking what are it’s characteristics.
I have two collies so I’m assuming you can expect lots of barmyness and a great deal of stimulation will be needed, I’m also guessing a lot of walkies will be involved!

I rescued her and she rescued us right back. She brought my son back from a very dark place and saved my sanity.
Is that how those pups have been reared in a cage with just newspaper? Love your lurcher such a sweet face Val

we have a whippet cross colli too!!! shes the most adorable thing on earth, and such a clever fast little sod!! she was a rescue puppy and once her health was restored her energy size and general condition has become wonderful.
I have a border collie x whippet lurcher she’s the most stunning thing on 4 legs. Lots of drive and intellegence with the “do lots and then flake out by fire” whippet attitude !!
