It contains nothing new.  There are various poly supplements on the market that contain similar ingredients.

It has glucosamine HCI, Chondroitin, green lipped mussel, hylauronic acid, Vits C and E and manganese, though curiously I cannot find exact quantities/strengths.

The problem with combined supplements is that often they do not contain optimum amounts of x or y that we want, hence why I tend to give mine supplements discretely, it often works out better value IME

That’s what I have done through trial and error finding what suits Tam best, thought this stuff was expensive but they have had good write ups on the skin supplement so thought I’d ask.

Found out that in each tablet of Yumove is:
    250mg Glucosamine HCl
    150mg Green Lipped Mussel
    and 1.5mg Hyaluronic acid.
No dosage for Vits C & E or Manganese

How many tablets are dogs supposed to have daily eg is this weight related as the quantity for glucosamine is very low for a large dog IMHO and if there is no amount quoted for C, E and manganese then it must be too low to be of any worth.

1 tablet up to 15 kgs
    2 tablets – 16 – 30 kgs
    3 tablets – 31 -45 kgs
    4 tablets over 45 kgs

My maths is not very good but if 60 tablets cost £12.99 and I have a 30kg dog that is only 20 days supply at 65p per day!  Of course if I have more than one dog of that size, it will add up to a considerable amount!

Are they made by the same company that make Yumega? I’ve used that on Simba

I’ve been giving Oscar Glucosamine tablets from Tesco, 400mg ones and I think they work out a lot cheaper that way.
