Murph’s had ticks, got them out, cleaned with TCP and kept putting aloe vera gel on – worked a treat in our case thankfully, nasty little blighters  😛

Busy isn’t the word Suz  I love it though.

Must put the pictures from my phone onto the PC and show you how my Princess has grown – she’s 8 months old this Saturday.  Murph was 3 on the 12th of Sept and OH was 40 last Saturday.

The boys are fit and well and are just fab with Erin, Spud’s quite protective of her when we’re out and about.  Got the pram and dog walking down to a fine art now.  Dogs love it ‘cos we go out with a bowl and 2 litre bottle of water in the tray under the pram so I’m a mobile dog refreshment unit too.  Spud takes the right hand side and Murph takes the left LOL

The Diva walks in the rain !!  😮  😮 😀

Spud has had bones for a good few weeks now (he’s 7 months old now) and we’ve never had any teeth problems.  He just can’t get enough of them  😉  Now Murph, he’s a different story  ::)  he’d rather be doing something other than eating  ::)

in reply to: Daily Quiz! #107564

Right  >:( I’m getting mad now – I can’t register under any chuffing name, it keeps telling me I have illegal characters in my user name and I HAVEN’T !!  Help !

and all thanks to Witchy Woo Val and Dr Bev Dolittle  :-*  :-*

in reply to: how to deal with seperation anxiety #92745

You need to be going out of the room and extend it each time.  You only go back in the room or back in sight when he’s quiet not when he’s howling  😉

Did you read the first bit on page 5 by Bev?

in reply to: Picky eater, selective pooper and peepee? #66252

I’m sorry, I’ve given up reading this post now  ::)

What I don’t understand is why you don’t want him to pee on the balcony  ??? You should have him ‘go’ where you want him to !!  😉 What if you had a leg injury and you were on crutches and it took you an hour to get outside (slight exaggeration I know) what about the dog??  You need him to ‘go’ where you want him to !!  Get me ??

If I were you I’d give this poor dog back to the breeder and get a goldfish  ::)

Another question for you – do you not use this board to research your query first?  I find that if I look things up first I can usually find an answer here somewhere  😉

I wish your dog the very best of luck  😉

in reply to: basic first aid #92879

I’m always nicking them – keep them in my bag  😉

in reply to: basic first aid #92877

I put the vinegar on more or less 5 mins after I took the sting out  😉

I kept a close eye on his lips, tongue, eyes and his breathing – I was all ready to ring for the vets if the worse came to the worse  😉

in reply to: basic first aid #92874

Spud got stung by a wasp yesterday afternoon  ::)  Pulled the sting out and then wiped it with vinegar.  Poor Spuddy, his bottom lip came right up.  He was shivering just after too bless him.  Right as reign shortly after.  Thanks Bev  :-* soon as I pulled the sting out I looked straight on here  😉
