moonbeamMemberHi and welcome. What a fab happy smiley face!
moonbeamMemberHe’s definitely here to stay. I thought about fostering him initially but having spent time with him and introduced him to the boys decided he would fit right in.
He’s learnt that Solli and Whisper don’t appreciate being pounced on in the house (Solli is 11½ and has a touch of arthritis and Whisper is coming up for 8). A couple of grumbles and air snaps in the early days had me wondering if I’d done the right thing but after a couple of weeks things settled down.
They have one shortish walk together a day. The rest of his walks are with friends who we meet up with as he’s such a sociable youngster I want to make sure he gets as much exposure to friendly dogs/people as possible.
He’s shooting up like a weed although I was very surprised to see he weighed in at 24.5kg yesterday.
moonbeamMemberSuper result.
Congratulations.
moonbeamMemberWhat a lovely ending to the hunt for Lily.
New owners and breeder must be over the moon.

moonbeamMemberHi and welcome from me and my boys.
Not heard that about flyball before, think it would depend on the dog and how they are handled at home, be interesting to hear what other people think.
Solli (11½) and Whisper (nearly 8) love their agility classes. Solli is enthusiastic about obedience classes, Whisper on the other hand only gets excited when doing recall or scent discrimination. Caleb (approx 6 months) is coming along nicely on the obedience side of things and making up for having no training at all before he came here a month ago.
